Every Saturday – Rok n’ Rollin’ Sushi Classes at Sake Rok
What: Sushi lovers can learn how to roll from an expert at this hands-on class at Sake Rok. Executive chef Sung Park will teach students how to create spicy tuna rolls, salmon and avocado rolls, California rolls and specialty rolls plus how to make sushi rice all while imparting knowledge on the history of sushi.
Details: Sushi classes will be held each Saturday at noon and 2pm. Tickets are $150 per person or $250 per couple. The first 50 guests to enroll will receive a gift bag that includes a headband, chopsticks and a sushi mat. All attendees will leave with the sushi they create.
